摘要
目的:探讨β型血小板衍生生长因子受体(PDGFR-β)蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)及癌前病变组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集宫颈病变和宫颈鳞癌标本共148例,依据病理诊断结果分为慢性宫颈炎症组、低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)组、高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)组及宫颈鳞癌组。采用免疫组化法检测PDGFR-β蛋白在宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变组织中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞癌组组织中PDGFR-β蛋白阳性表达率明显高于慢性宫颈炎症组、LSIL组、HSIL组(P<0.05);PDGFR-β蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期及癌组织分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:PDGFR-β在宫颈鳞癌组织中高表达,且与肿瘤转移相关,其可能成为宫颈鳞癌的一个潜在辅助诊断因子及治疗靶点。
        Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of platelet derived growth factor receptor-β(PDGFR-β) protein in cervical squamous carcinoma and precancerous tissue. Methods: One hundred and forty-eight tissue cases of cervical lesions and cervical squamous cell carcinomas were collected, and according to pathological diagnosis results, it was divided into chronic cervical inflammation group, low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) group, high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL) group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group. The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PDGFR-β protein in cervical squamous carcinoma and precancerous tissue. Correlation of the expression with the clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The expression of PDGFR-β protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the chronic cervical group, LSIL group and HSIL group(P<0.05). The expression level of PDGFR-β protein in the cervical squamous carcinoma group was related to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but not related to the age(P>0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of PDGFR-β in cervical squamous cell carcinomas is associated with tumor metastasis, which may be a potential auxiliary diagnostic factor and therapeutic target in the treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
