白介素10(Interleukin10,IL-10)是一种同时具有免疫增强和免疫抑制作用的细胞因子,但其主要作用是免疫抑制。病毒在感染宿主时,能通过上调宿主IL-10的表达或通过编码与宿主相似的IL-10,即病毒IL-10(viral IL-10,vIL-10),逃避宿主的免疫监视和清除。目前已知有21种病毒能够编码vIL-10。本文根据已有的报道,从vIL-10的基因结构、转录表达、来源及进化、生物学活性和潜在应用研究共5个方面进行了综述,为vIL-10的研究和应用提供理论依据。
