摘要
简要介绍了碳纤维薄层预浸料及其制备的层合复合材料,主要阐述碳纤维薄层预浸料的制备方法和薄铺层复合材料的力学性能特点。对国内外关于薄铺层复合材料与常规铺层复合材料的静态、韧性和疲劳等力学性能的研究进展进行了分析和总结,归纳了铺层厚度的减薄对层合复合材料力学性能的影响规律。最后对薄铺层复合材料的研究趋势和应用前景进行了展望。
        A brief introduction on thin-thickness prepreg of carbon fiber and thin-ply laminated composites was made in the paper,which focuses on the preparation methods of the thin-thickness prepreg of carbon fiber and the mechanical properties of the thin-ply laminated composites. The difference of mechanical properties of the laminated composites with thin and standard thickness plies were summarized,including static mechanical properties,toughness as well as fatigue properties. Effects of the ply thickness on the mechanical properties of the laminated composite were highlighted. At last,the research trends and prospects of the thin-ply laminated composite were discussed.
