摘要
利用离散元软件PFC2D建立了氧化铝陶瓷生坯的二维离散元模型,并通过力学性能数字模拟试验对该模型进行校准,使其物理和力学性能参数与氧化铝陶瓷生坯的实际参数相匹配。基于该模型对氧化铝陶瓷生坯切削加工进行了动态模拟,分析了低速切削时,切削速度和切削深度对切削力及加工后表面裂纹的影响。结果表明:用离散元的方法模拟陶瓷生坯材料的切削过程可行,加工后表面裂纹的数目及平均深度随切削深度的增大而增大,并随切削速度的增大而减小。
        A two-dimensional discrete element model of the green Al_2O_3 ceramics is established by using discrete element software PFC2 D.The model is calibrated by numerical simulation of mechanical properties.Its physical and mechanical properties are matched with the actual parameters of the green Al_2O_3 ceramics.Based on the model,the cutting process of green Al_2O_3 ceramics is simulated dynamically,and the effects of different cutting speeds and cutting depths on cutting force and surface cracks after machining are analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to simulate the cutting process of green ceramics by discrete element method.The number and average depth of surface cracks after machining increase with the increasing of cutting depth,while decrease with the increasing of cutting speed.
