摘要
针对煤矿用外平钻杆出现的质量问题,从加工工艺流程的角度深入探究了钻杆常见的破坏形式和原因,包括杆体断裂、接头螺纹断裂以及焊缝处断裂等。提出了外平钻杆加工过程中的质量控制点,并进行了详细的探讨。这对钻杆的生产和检验控制具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the quality problems of coal mine drill, the common forms and causes of the destruction have been deeply explored including break of drill pipe shaft, break of joint thread and weld fracture. The processing quality control point of coal mine flat drill has been proposed and deeply discussed. These results have a significant guidance for production and check of drill pipes.
