Orem自护理论结合品管圈模式对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响

摘要
目的研究Orem自护理论结合品管圈模式对康复期精神分裂症患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院在2015年3月~2016年4月期间收治的80例康复期精神分裂症患者。随机将其分成观察组与对照组(每组40例)。对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用Orem自护理论结合品管圈(QCC)模式,干预3个月。观察两组患者干预前后的临床效果以及社会功能缺损程度。结果干预后观察组患者护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者社会缺陷程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自护理论结合品管圈模式能加快康复期精神分裂症患者康复速度,降低患者社会功能损害,帮助患者早日回归社会。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Orem self-care theory combined with the quality control circle(QCC)model on the quality of life and social functions of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period. Methods 80 cases with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly(40 cases in each group). The control group were given with routine care and observation group given with Orem self-care theory combined with QCC mode based on control group for 3 months. Clinical effect of the two groups and the degree of social dysfunction before and after the intervention were observed and compared. Results After intervention,the NOSIE scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the social defect scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the ADL scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The QCC model combined with Orem self-care theory can speed up the recovery of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period,reduce social function defec and help patients more early to return to the society.
