标准化护理在消化内镜室护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探究标准化护理应用于消化内镜室的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月收治的110例行消化内镜治疗患者作为研究对象,将行常规护理者设作对照组(55例),行标准化护理者设作研究组(55例),比较2组内镜诊治情况、心理状态及不良反应。结果研究组内镜诊治时间(1.02±0.35)h,较对照组短,且VAS评分(1.84±0.78)分、满意度(94.28±2.65)分,均优于对照组(P<0.01);2组干预后心理状态评分均低于干预前,且研究组下降幅度更大P<0.01);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜室应用标准化护理可有效提高诊治效率,缩短内镜诊治时间,改善患者负性心理,减轻疼痛,降低不良反应发生率,从而有助于患者满意度提升。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing in the management of digestive endoscopy.Methods110 cases of digestive endoscopy treated in January-2018 in January 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and routine nursing people were set up as control group(55 cases),and standardized nurses were set up as study group(55 cases),and two groups of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment were compared. The patients mental state and adverse reaction conditions.Results the time of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in the study group(1.02 + 0.35)h was shorter than the control group,and VAS(1.84+0.78)scores and satisfaction(94.28 + 2.65)scores were superior to the control group(P<0.01).The psychological state scores of the patients in the two groups were all lower than those before the intervention,and the outcome of the study group was SAS(43.22+2.03),and SDS(45.28 + 4).30(P<0.01),the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.45%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of standardized nursing in the digestive endoscopy room can effectively improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,shorten the time of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,improve the patients negative psychology,reduce the pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and thus help the patients satisfaction.It can be promoted and applied.
