摘要
为了解决钢铁零件在常温下进行磷化的问题,查找了有关技术资料,针对钢铁零件常温磷化工艺进行了多次试验。摸索出常温磷化液的配方及控制方法,确定了常温磷化的工艺参数,得到了外观及耐蚀性满足《钢铁零件磷化膜层质量检验》(HB 5063—1996)要求的磷化膜。
        In order to solve the problem of phosphating at room temperature for iron and steel parts, relevant technical datas has been searched and multiple experiments about phosphating at room temperature for iron and steel parts were carried out. The formula and control method of phosphating solution at room temperature were found, and the process parameters of phosphating at room temperature were determined. The appearance and corrosion resistance of the obtained phosphating film meet the requirements of "quality inspection of phosphating film for iron and steel parts"(HB 5063—1996).
