摘要
通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法,研究了镀液pH值对Ni-Fe-P合金镀层抗氢氟酸腐蚀性能的影响,并对镀层的表面形貌、成分、物相进行了分析。结果表明:弱酸性(pH值为5.45)镀液中制得的镀层中Fe元素的质量分数高,镀层表面质量好,腐蚀介质和基体接触的通道少,耐氢氟酸腐蚀性能最好。
Effect of bath pH value on the corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe-P alloy coatings in hydrofluoric acid was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the morphology,composition,phase structure of the coatings were analyzed.Results showed that the mass fraction of Fe element in the coating prepared from weak acid bath(pH=5.45)was high,and the coating with good surface quality and less passageway between corrosion medium and the matrix,so the corrosion resistance of the coating in hydrofluoric acid was the best.
