摘要
以热敏黑为隐色剂、双酚a为显色剂、十四醇为溶剂,制备温致变色复配物,通过超声浸渍法将其引入到家具表面装饰用的单板基材上,并对其进行透明涂饰处理,研究聚氨酯清漆透明涂饰对温致变色木材的材色、热变色性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,清漆涂饰较未涂饰的温致变色木材而言,其表面色相向偏绿偏黄的方向变化,且材料表面的明度上升。清漆涂饰处理的材料颜色恢复存在迟滞现象,且材料表面消色和复色反应开始温度升高,复色速度加快。冷热循环处理后的温致变色胡桃楸、杨木和枫木涂饰材表面材色热稳定性较好,均优于素材,总色差值的波动区间分别为26.76~36.70、20.82~29.54、18.49~29.07。
        In this study,thermochromic compounds were prepared with thermal black leuco agent,bisphenol a and tetradecyl alcohol.They were introduced into the decorative veneers by ultrasonic immersion for thermochromic veneers fabrication.The influence of polyurethane varnish coating on surface color change,thermal discoloration performance and thermal stability of thermochromic veneer were investigated.The results showed that the color of varnished thermochromic surface changed towards green and yellow,the brightness increased.In the view of thermochromic property,the varnished materials showed color recovery hysteretic.And they showed good thermal stability after cold and heat cycling treatment.Compared with untreated materials,the fluctuation ranges of △E of varnished juglans,poplar and maple were 26.76-36.70,20.82-29.54,18.49-29.07,respectively.
