摘要
坏死也受到信号通路严密调控,称为调节性坏死,包括程序性坏死(necroptosis)、铁坏死(ferroptosis)、parthanatos和亲环素D(Cyp D)依赖的坏死等,它们与损伤相关性疾病如缺血性心脏病、脑卒中、神经退行性疾病等的发生、发展和预后密切相关。阐明各种调节性坏死的信号传导途径和调控机制,对于寻找损伤相关性疾病的防治药物和指导临床治疗具有深远意义。
        Necrosis is also tightly controlled by signaling pathways,thus it is called as regulated necrosis,which includes necroptosis,ferroptosis,parthanatos and Cyp D-mediated necrosis.It has been shown that regulated necrosis is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of injury-relevant diseases such as myocardial infarction,stroke,neurodegenerative diseases. It will be significant for prevention and therapy of injuryrelevant diseases to clarify the signal transductions and regulatory mechanisms for the regulated necrosis.
