摘要
建立飞机典型耳片的参数化建模系统,在进行非线性有限元分析结果的同时,也利用工程方法对飞机典型耳片的承载能力进行计算,得到2种典型耳片结构的强度校核结果。文章利用MSC.Patran二次开发功能,通过编译语言加载PCL(PATRAN Command Language)语言函数文件,开发了用户自定义菜单、图形界面和读取结果等功能,从而开发了飞机典型耳片结构强度校核系统。使用此系统对某些典型耳片结构案例进行分析,结果表明该程序不仅能够满足较大范围内的各种飞机典型耳片结构的强度校核要求,而且还可以大大提高飞机设计者的工作效率。
After building classical lug parameter modeling system, when nonlinear analysis result coming out based on MSC.Marc, the engineering result would also be calculated, two results could be chosen to do strength analysis.To implement the lug structure strength evaluation system for aircraft lug structures by modularization method, a program based on commercial software MSC.Patran is developed by using PCL language provided by MSC.Patran and journal file. The program is accomplished with start-up file, user self-defined menu and graphical interface, the results show that the program can not only meet the variety requirement of aircraft panel structure evaluation, but also improve the efficiency.
