摘要
随着SPD系统越来越广泛的应用,市场对其要求也越来越高。为了推进SPD应用于船舶设计的各个阶段,解决不同系统间的信息孤岛问题,开发了SPD与CAE前处理器Patran之间的接口。该接口系统根据SPD与Patran的模型数据结构特点,解析SPD中带属性的舰船结构几何模型,对几何模型进行简化处理并加载属性,生成Patran系统可直接用于有限元分析计算的SESSION模型文件,实现了SPD系统与Patran系统之间的数据共享,使SPD系统能够应用于船体初步设计以及生产制造过程的仿真,如分段的吊装仿真,大大缩短船舶的设计周期。系统开发环境以Microsoft Visual Studio 2008为主,Patran系统采用Patran 2010,介绍了接口系统的构架设计思想、数据流程、功能模块组成和软件编程思想,详细阐述了系统对于数据简化的处理方法和模型重建的方法与效果。
        With wider application of the SPD system, the market requirements for it are also increasingly higher. To promote the application of SPD in different stages of ship design, and to solve the problem of information sharing between different systems, the interface system between SPD and its pre-processor Patran is developed. This interface system analyzes the attributes of ship structural geometry model according to the data structure characteristics of SPD and Patran models, simplifies the geometry model and loads the attributes, so as to generate the SESSION model file that can be directly used in the Patran system for finite element calculations. The data sharing between SPD and Patran systems is achieved, enabling the SPD system to be applied in the simulations of preliminary design and production design processes, such as block lifting simulation, which significantly shortens the ship design period. The system development environment is mainly based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Patran 2010. This paper introduces the interface system framework design concept, data flow, formulation of functional modules and software programming ideas, and elaborates in detail the process method of data simplification and the effect of model regeneration.
