上海市虹口区域临床影像中心的建设和探索

摘要
目的:为了提高区域影像诊断质量,为普通人民群众提供更方便、快捷的医疗服务。方法:在区域医疗信息化快速发展的背景下,通过分析现有区域影像中心项目建设过程中的问题,整合区域内医疗卫生信息资源,将二三级医疗机构优质资源真正下沉到基层医疗机构。结果:上海市虹口区卫健委完成了建立区域临床影像中心的项目。结论:全面提升了区域内的医疗卫生信息化水平,进一步深化医药卫生体制改革,提高全民健康水平。
Objective: To improve the quality of regional image diagnosis and provide more convenient and fast medical services to the general public. Methods: Under the background of rapid development of regional health informatization, the integrate regional medical information resources and locate the second level and third level high quality medical institutions resource to the grassroots medical institutions, through analyzing the existing problems in the course of the construction of regional image center project.Results: Health and family planning commission of Hongkou district in Shanghai completed the project of establishing regional clinical image center. Conclusion: The level of medical and health informatization in the region has been comprehensively improved, the reform of medical and health system has been further deepened, and the health of the whole people has been improved.
