摘要
通过研究参比树脂性能,确定了管件专用PE100级聚乙烯的结构特点:熔体流动速率、韧性接近PE80级树脂,密度、刚性接近PE100级树脂,抗热氧老化体系与PE80级、PE100级树脂一致,片晶相对较薄,系带分子缠结效果较好,小分子峰型较为靠右且峰面积较大,大分子峰型较为靠左。通过工业化生产、工艺调整保证了产品质量。结果表明:TUB121N3000M的熔体流动速率较高,相对分子质量分布较窄,力学性能优于参比树脂;制品的相容性试验、静液压试验、剥离试验和快速开裂试验全部通过测试,符合PE100级标准要求。
        The structure of polyethylene(PE)100 specialty for fittings,TUN121N3000 M,were characterized by comparing the characteristics of reference resins. The results show that the special resin is similar with PE 80 in terms of melt flow rate and toughness,and close to PE100 in density and rigidity,and its thermo-oxidative aging resistance system identical to that of PE80 and PE100. The resin with thin lamellar crystalline performs well in tie molecule chains entanglement,whose peak shape of small molecules keeps to the right with large peak area,and whose peak shape of large molecules to the left. The industrial production and process modification ensure the qualities of the product. TUB121N3000 M has higher melt flow rate,narrower molecular mass distribution,and better mechanical properties than target product. The produced fittings pass the tests for compatibility,hydrostatic strength,peeling,resistance to rapid crack propagation,meeting the requirements of PE100 standard.
