摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对聚苯乙烯(PS)进行接枝改性来制备含氧化石墨烯(GO)的阻燃剂(KH570改性GO-PS),研究了添加聚磷酸铵(APP)的PS改性GO阻燃复合材料的性能。结果表明:GO经过偶联剂KH570改性后可以有效提高阻燃剂和聚合物之间的相容性;当KH570改性GO-PS质量分数为7.5%,APP质量分数为2.5%时,复合材料的垂直燃烧测试达到V-1级,没有发生滴落,并且具有较高的残炭率;APP质量分数为10%的试样拉伸强度与冲击强度都比单纯PS试样高,而KH570改性GO-PS质量分数为10%试样的这两项性能变化不明显;含有质量分数5.0%KH570改性GO-PS和5.0%APP的试样在250℃下熔体流动速率显著高于纯PS。
        Polystyrene(PS) was grafted with silane coupling agent KH570 to prepare the flame retardant(GO-PS modified by KH570). The performances of flame-retardant composites GO-PS modified by ammonium polyphosphate(APP) were studied. The results show that GO modified by KH570 can effectively improve the compatibility between the flame retardant and the polymer.When the mass fraction of GO-PS modified by KH570 is 7.5% and that of APP is 2.5%, the vertical combustion test of the composites reaches V-1 grade without dropping, and it has a higher carbon residue rate. The tensile strength and impact strength of the samples with the 10% mass fraction of APP are both higher than those of the samples with pure PS, but the two properties of samples with 10% GO-PS modified by KH570 have no obvious change. The melt flow rate of the sample at 250 ℃ with 5.0% GO-PS modified by KH570 and 5.0% APP is significantly higher than that of pure PS.
