摘要
航空电子产品装配具有明显的所需物料多、装配工艺复杂以及装配精度要求高等一系列特征,直接影响着产品的质量以及可靠性。本文结合PFMEA方法的应用原理以及典型PFMEA分项分析的操作流程,从PFMEA方法在航空电子产品装配中的应用风险、相关风险问题的应对策略以及改进后风险实践分析三个方面入手,对航空电子产品装配中PFMEA方法的应用和改进这一问题展开深入研究。
The assembly of avionics products has a series of obvious characteristics, such as many materials needed, complex assembly process and high assembly accuracy requirements, which directly affects the quality and reliability of products. Based on the application principle of PFMEA method and the operation flow of typical PFMEA item analysis, this paper studies the application and improvement of PFMEA method in aviation electronic product assembly from three aspects: the application risk of PFMEA method in aviation electronic product assembly, the coping strategies of related risk problems and the risk practice analysis after improvement.
