全免蒸养蒸压PHC管桩专用多功能减水剂的制备与性能研究

摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、过氧化苯甲酰、亚硫酸氢钠、丙酮、氢氧化钠、消泡剂、降粘剂、引气剂等原材料制备全免蒸养蒸压PHC管桩专用多功能减水剂,并对其进行了性能研究和微观分析。结果表明,该减水剂具有高减水、快分散、低黏性、超早强等特性,可满足PHC管桩对混凝土工作性能及强度的要求,免去了PHC管桩混凝土常压蒸养和高温蒸压的传统养护工艺。XRD分析表明,该种多功能减水剂的加入促进了水泥的水化,水化产物与蒸养蒸压PHC管桩混凝土并没有明显的差异;SEM分析结果显示,全免蒸养蒸压PHC管桩混凝土中骨料与水泥水化产物晶体界面结合较为紧密,整体结构较为致密。
        Multifunctional water reducing agent specially used in steaming-free autoclaved PHC pipe piles was prepared with maleic anhydride,hydroxyethyl acrylate, styrene, benzoyl peroxide,sodium bisulfite,acetone,sodium hydroxide,defoamers,viscosity reducing agents and other raw materials,and performance study and a micro test analysis were conducted. The results show that the water reducing agent has high water reduction,fast dispersion,low viscosity,super early strength and other characteristics,meeting the requirements of PHC pipe piles on the performance and strength of concrete,without traditional curing process of atmospheric pressure steam curing and high temperature autoclaving of PHC pipe pile concrete. XRD analysis showed that the addition of such special water-reducing agent promoted the full hydration of the cement. There was no significant difference between the hydration products and that of steaming autoclaved reinforced concrete. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the aggregate in steaming-free autoclaved PHC pipe piles concrete is closedly combined with cement hydration product crystal interface,the overall structure is more dense.
