摘要
随着我国西北地区基础交通建设的迅速发展,预制混凝土箱梁在公路建设中被大量使用。西北地区气候条件恶劣:极低温、干燥、昼夜大温差等,在这种环境中浇筑的混凝土极易产生裂缝,其中,小箱梁沿预应力管道方向延伸的腹板纵向裂缝十分严重,影响混凝土结构质量及安全。论文以绥延高速公路某大桥为研究对象,对小箱梁腹板裂缝进行试验分析,找出了腹板裂缝产生原因,并根据裂缝实际情况提出了相应的腹板裂缝修复方案。
With the rapid development of basic traffic construction in northwest China, precast concrete box girder is widely used in highway construction. The climate conditions in northwest China are very bad: extremely low temperature, dryness, large temperature difference between day and night, etc.. Concrete poured in this environment is prone to cracks, in which the longitudinal cracks of webs extending along the direction of pre-stressed pipelines are very serious, affecting the quality and safety of concrete structures. This paper takes a bridge on SuiYan expressway as the research object, carries out experimental analysis on web cracks of small box girder, obtains the causes of web cracks, and puts forward corresponding repair schemes for web cracks according to the actual situation of cracks.
