摘要
本通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜检验了管线焊接接头断口的宏观和微观形貌,检验发现管线焊接接头的盖面焊缝中存在少量CO气孔及热影响区中夹杂少量粗大的过热组织,但总体组织均匀;打底焊道一侧存在未熔合缺陷,是导致管线失效的根本原因。
It was found that there was a little of costomatal in the cover surface weld of pipeline welded joints and a little of thick overheating organization in the HAZ by using optical microscope and SEM metallographic techniques to inspect cracking fractures of pipeline welded joints, but the overall structure was uniform distribution. There were defects of no fusion welding in grounding one side,which was the root cause of pipeline failure.
