bFGF联合自体脂肪移植在面部凹陷性瘢痕治疗中的美容价值研究

摘要
目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月笔者医院拟实施自体脂肪移植治疗的面部凹陷性瘢痕患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。两组患者均常规给予自体脂肪移植,观察组同时给予bFGF治疗,对比两组治疗前后面部美容权重评分(Echelle devaluation clinique descicatrices dacnd,ECCA)、瘢痕基底深度、临床疗效、患者满意度。结果:治疗1个月、3个月后,观察组的ECCA评分显著低于对照组[(38.0±6.3)分、(31.2±5.5)分vs (42.7±6.8)分、(35.5±5.9)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月、3个月后,观察组的瘢痕基底深度显著低于对照组[(71.6±17.2)μm、(73.0±15.5)μm vs (84.3±16.5)μm、(86.9±17.0)μm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗效果为82.22%(37/45)显著优于对照组的60.00%(27/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组治疗满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:bFGF联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕患者的效果优于单纯使用自体脂肪移植。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) combined with autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of patients with facial depression. Methods 90 patients with facial depression scars who were planned to undergo autologous fat transplantation in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. Both groups were routinely given autologous fat transplantation, and the experimental group was given bFGF at the same time. The facial beauty weight score(ECCA),the depth of scar base, clinical efficacy, and patient satisfaction were compared before and after treatment. Results After 1 and 3 months of treatment, the ECCA score of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group[(38.0±6.3)、(31.2±5.5) vs(42.7±6.8)、(35.5±5.9)], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment, the depth of scar basement in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(71.6±17.2)μm、(73.0±15.5)μm vs(84.3±16.5)μm、(86.9±17.0)μm, P<0.05].
