摘要
利用PIV技术具有可视化、可靠性、准确性等特点,通过实验方法研究了流体黏度、入口流量、井斜角等影响因素对水平环空井段内固体运移规律的影响。结果表明:随着入口流量的增加液体对固体的携带作用增强,临界携砂流量为42 m3/d,流量继续增加井筒对固相的携带作用不再明显增加;黏度的增加使液体速度减小,从而使固体运移速度也相应减小,但黏度增加有利于携砂,临界携砂黏度为0.4 Pa·s,黏度继续增加液相对固相的携带作用增加缓慢;井斜角增加不利于液相携砂,井斜角达到90°时固定厚度最厚。
        With the features of visualization, reliability and accuracy, PIV technology was used to study the influence of fluid viscosity, inlet flow rate, well slope angle and other influence factors on the law of solid movement in horizontal annular shaft. The results showed that,with the increase of the inlet flow, the effect of the liquid on the solid movement was enhanced, the critical sand carrying flow was 42 m3/d, but the further increase of flow rate did not obviously improve the carrying effect of the solid; the increase of the viscosity reduced the velocity of the liquid, thus the velocity of solid movement reduced, but the increase of the viscosity was beneficial to the carrying of the sand.The critical sand carrying viscosity was 0.4 Pa ·s, and the further increase of viscosity slightly improved the sand carrying ability; the increase of the angle of the well was not favorable to the liquid carrying sand, and the fixed thickness was the thickest when the angle of the well reached to 90°.
