摘要
井下作业作为维持油井稳产增产的重要措施,在油田作业现场频繁进行,面对低油价新常态,各油田公司努力探索降本增效举措。对于海上无修井机采油平台,当电潜泵举升油井出现故障需要进行检泵作业时只能利用钻井船进行,费用巨大,某海上油田创新修井思路,首次尝试液压举升装置进行检泵作业,成功完成了检泵作业,大幅降低了作业费用,积累了经验。
        As an important measure to maintain stable production and increase production of oil wells,underground operations are frequently carried out in oilfield operations.Faced with the new normal of low oil prices,various oilfield companies are striving to explore cost reduction and efficiency measures.For the offshore workover-free oil production platform,when the electric submersible pump lifts the oil well and needs to carry out the pump inspection operation,it can only be carried out by the drilling ship.The cost is huge.The innovative workover idea of an offshore oil field is the first attempt to check the hydraulic lifting device.The pump operation successfully completed the pump inspection operation,which greatly reduced the operation cost and accumulated experience.
