摘要
通过对PMC磁铁矿与司家营两种矿粉按一定配比所造球团进行的预热焙烧试验发现,在预热温度925℃,预热时间15 min时,成品球团矿的抗压强度达到了2 833.61 N/个,在此预热条件下,焙烧温度1 300℃,焙烧时间20 min时,成品球团矿的抗压强度达到了2 872.52 N/个,满足了生产要求。
        The effects of preheating roasting on the compressive strength of the pellets made by PMC magnetite powders and Sijiaying iron powders were studied.The results indicate that at the preheat temperature of 925 ℃,the preheating time of 15 min,the compressive strength of the finished pellets is 2 833.61 N.Under the preheating condition,at the roasting temperature of 1300 ℃,the roasting time of 20 min,the compressive strength of the finished pellets reaches 2 872.52 N,which can meet the production requirements.
