摘要
为适应资源环境的变化,唐钢在2015年开始使用PMC公司生产的南非铁精粉替代巴卡粗粉,司营精粉和研山精粉替代澳矿粉,测算烧结工序铁精粉配比将提高10个百分点左右。针对铁精粉配比提高给烧结生产带来的影响,通过研究铁矿粉的基础特性,制定合理烧结矿成分控制基准,优化配混料以及布料设备参数等措施,实现了烧结铁精粉配比由24.48%提高到36.15%的预期目标,取得良好的生产效果。
To adapt the change of resource environment,Tang Steel began in 2015 to use South Africa iron concentrate produced by PMC company to substitute Baca rough iron powder,Shiying and Yanshan iron concentrate to substitute Australia iron powder.The iron concentrate proportion rate in sintering was measured to rise about 10 percent.With measures to reduce the influence of the raised concentrate ratio on sintering production:researching base properties of iron powder,making out the reasonable composition control standard for sinter,optimizing mixed materials proportion and charging equipments parameters,the predicted target to raise iron concentrate proportion rate in sintering from 24.48 to 36.15 percent was realized,good production effect got.
