乙型肝炎病毒基因分型检测在临床抗病毒治疗中的重要性

<正>乙型病毒性肝炎病情迁延,无有效根治手段,随着发病程度的加深,可发展为肝硬化、肝癌等严重器质性病变,目前抗病毒治疗是控制其病情进行性扩展的主要治疗方法。根据HBV全基因序列异质性≥8%的界限,可将其分为不同的基因型。HBV基因型在乙型肝炎患者的临床表现、治疗预后和药物突变上都有一定的影响,现收集了南京市第二医院自2015年1月至2015年12月的住院和门诊HBV患者60例,进行了HBV B、C型基因分型,现报告如下。
