摘要
研究了通讯电缆绝缘专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂(牌号为L 4200)的结构与性能,并与同类国内树脂进行了对比。结果表明,与国内同类树脂相比,L 4200具有相近的物理性能,相对分子质量分布较宽,流动性较好,模口挤出膨胀小,更易于加工。加工应用结果表明,L 4200可替代市场通讯电缆绝缘料用于通讯电缆的生产。
The structure and properties of communication insulating cable speciality of high density polyethylene( HDPE) resin L 4200 were investigated and compared with those of similar domestic resin.The results showed that compared with the home-made product,HDPE L 4200 had similar physical properties,broader molecular weight distribution,better fluidity,smaller extrusion die swell and easier to process,indicating that L 4200 can replace communication cable insulating materials in the market to produce communication cables.
