摘要
采用文献资料法,梳理运动与表现心理学的发展和实践应用。运动与表现心理学在应用运动心理学基础上,以表现心理学为视角,专业服务已经拓展到4个主要应用领域:竞技运动、表演艺术、商业和高风险职业。在这些领域里,获得高水平或卓越表现非常关键,且在高竞争性、高风险、高压力下难以保持。运动与表现心理学专业服务的任务就是帮助这些特殊领域人群获得高水平的稳定表现。因为其与应用运动心理学已有区别性发展,其从业咨询师的训练和执业资格有待于进一步明确。
