摘要
目的了解我市基层乡镇卫生院医务人员对心肺复苏(CPR)技能掌握情现状及影响因素,为推广CPR适宜技术及改善CPR培训方式提供依据。方法从2014年3月~2015年12月期间,根据2010心肺复苏指南标准对795例基层医务人员进行考核,比较分析各影响因素组间心肺复苏考核成绩结果。结果 795例基层医务人员理论合格142例(17.86%),操作合格60例(7.55%),平均考核成绩明显偏低;学历组、职业组、不同科室组及培训间隔年限各个组间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05),多元线性回归分析表明CPR技能掌握情况受同科室、学历、工作年限及培训间隔时间等因素的影响。结论基层医务人员CPR技能水平薄弱,根据医务人员的学历、职称、工作年限等,制定不同层次的培训计划、内容和方案,并做相应的评估以提高CPR培训质量和效果。
        Objective To explore the mastering of CPR and its influence factors in primary healthcare personnel in health clinics in towns and townships, and to provide basis for promotion of CPR and improvement of CPR training.Methods A total of 795 primary healthcare personnel were examined based on 2010 CPR Guidelines from March 2014 to December 2015. The results were compared between different groups with various influence factors. Results 142 cases(17.86%) of the 795 primary healthcare personnel were qualified in CPR theory examination and 60 cases(7.55%) were qualified in operation examination, which was not favorable. There were significantly differences between education background group, profession group, department group, and last time of training group(P<0.05). Multiple linear regres sion analysis showed that mastering of CPR was influenced by departments, education background, work experience,and last time of training. Conclusion The mastering of CPR in primary healthcare personnel is relatively weak. Training program, content and scheme should be developed based on different education background, titles, and work experience of primary healthcare personnel, and evaluation system should be established to improve the quality and outcome of CPR training.
