对养老机构护理员进行手卫生护理干预的效果评价

摘要
目的 :评估对养老机构护理员实施手卫生护理干预的效果。方法 :选取上海市嘉定区马陆镇福利院65名护理员作为研究对象,其中男性4名(6.15%),女性61名(93.85%)。通过干预前后问卷调查及微生物检测评价干预效果。结果 :干预后护理员的手卫生相关知识知晓率和手卫生指征知晓率均有明显升高(31.25%比90.77%,P <0.01和47.99%比90.55%,P <0.01);护理员的手卫生微生物检测合格率也由61.35%提高到98.46%(P <0.01)。结论 :护理干预能有效提高养老机构护理员手卫生知识知晓率及洗手的准确性,减少养老机构在住老人发生感染性疾病的风险。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of hand hygiene nursing intervention on nursing assistants in old-age care institutions. Methods: Sixty-five nursing assistants from Malu Town Welfare Home in Jiading District of Shanghai were selected as the subjects, including 4 males(6.15%) and 61 females(93.85%). The intervention effect was evaluated through questionnaires and microbiological tests before and after intervention. Results: After the intervention, the awareness of the hand hygiene related knowledge and the awareness of the hand hygiene index of the nursing assistants increased significantly(31.25% vs. 90.77%,P<0.01 and 47.99% vs. 90.55%, P<0.01); the pass rate of the hand hygiene microbiological test of the nursing assistants also increased from 61.35% to 98.46%(P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can effectively improve the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge and hand-washing accuracy of nursing assistants in old-age care institutions, and reduce the risk of infectious diseases among the elderly living in old-age care institutions.
