丹参酮联合抗真菌药物对红色毛癣菌的体外药敏实验研究

摘要
目的:分析丹参酮联合抗真菌药物对红色毛癣菌的体外药敏实验研究。方法:收集40例红色毛癣菌株并采用倍比稀释法与棋盘法分别检测丹参酮、伊曲康唑、特比萘芬与卡泊芬净单独与联合应用时的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并用部分抑菌浓度(FIC)分析两种药物联合应用时对红色毛癣菌体外抗菌效果。结果:联合用药前后相比,伊曲康唑与卡泊芬净MIC值显著降低,而特比萘芬MIC值显著升高(P<0.01)。丹参酮与0.25μg·ml~(-1)伊曲康唑联合时FIC<1的比例为40%,两者具有较强的协同作用;与特比萘芬联合时FIC≥2所占比例极高,两者拮抗作用最强;与0.25μg·ml~(-1)卡泊芬净联合时FIC<1所占比例最大,两者具有协同作用。结论:丹参酮与伊曲康唑、卡泊芬净联合具有协同作用并可抑制红色毛癣菌活性,但丹参酮与特比萘芬联合具有拮抗作用。
Objective: To study the in vitro drug sensitivity of tanshinone combined with antifungal agents against Trichophyton rubrum. Methods: Totally 40 Trichophyton rubrum strains were collected and the minimal inhibitory concentrations( MIC) of single application of tanshinone,itraconazole,terbinafine and caspofungin and combined application were determined by doubling dilution method and chessboard method,the antibacterial effects of tanshinone combined with antifungal agents on Trichophyton rubrum in vitro were analyzed by partial inhibitory concentration( FIC). Results: The results of single application and combined application were compared,the MIC of itraconazole and caspofungin decreased significantly,while that of terbinafine increased significantly( P < 0. 01).When tanshinone was combined with 0. 25 μg·ml~(-1) itraconazole,the ratio of FIC < 1 was 40%,and the two had strong synergistic action; when tanshinone was combined with terbinafine,the ratio of FIC≥2 had a high proportion,and the two had the strongest antagonism; when tanshinone was combined with 0. 25 μg·ml~(-1) caspofungin,the ratio of FIC < 1 was the largest,and the two had synergistic action. Conclusion: Tanshinone combined with itraconazole and caspofungin has synergistic effect and can inhibit the activity of Trichophyton rubrum,while tanshinone combined with terbinafine has antagonistic effect.
