摘要

对冷冻盐水泵电动机进行了改造,将空心轴和电动机轴的承插式连接方式技改为刚性联轴器的连接方式,解决了轴之间间隙配合精度越来越差导致的空心轴断裂后不易分离问题。
        The motor of freezing salt water pump was reformed. The connection mode of hollow shaft and motor shaft was changed from the socket connection to the rigid coupling connection. So the problem that it was not easy to separate the hollow shaft after fracture caused by the worse fit precision of the clearance between shafts was solved.
