摘要
比较了硬质交联PVC泡沫塑料和PU/PS/PF泡沫塑料的性能指标,以天伟化工有限公司生产的PVC糊树脂TPH-31为主要原料,根据文献资料确立了DCP/三乙醇胺/TMPTMA三元复合的交联发泡体系,考察了3种发泡剂的适宜配比。结果表明:DCP/三乙醇胺/TMPTMA的最佳质量比为0.3∶3∶1,在此配比下制得了硬质交联PVC泡沫,其泡孔孔径为1~2 mm,表观密度≤80 kg/m~3,25℃时导热系数≤0.04 W/(m·K),燃烧性能为B1级,凝胶质量分数为15%~30%,可用作高层民用住宅的外墙保温材料,且具有生产工艺简单、成本较低的优点,应用前景广阔。
        The performance indexes were compared between rigid crosslinked PVC foam and PU/PS/PF foam. Paste PVC resin TPH-31, which was produced by Tianwei Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., was used as the main raw material. According to the literature, the DCP/triethanolamine/TMPTMA ternary crosslinked foaming system was established. The suitable ratio of the three foaming agents was investigated. The results showed that the best mass ratio of DCP/triethanolamine/TMPTMA was 0.3∶3∶1. The rigid crosslinked PVC foam was prepared according to this ratio, and showed the following features: diameter 1-2 mm, apparent density less than 80 kg/m~3, thermal conductivity less than 0.04 W/(m·K) at 25 ℃, combustion performance B1 grade, and gel mass fraction 15%-30%. The rigid crosslinked PVC foam could be used as external wall insulation material for high rise residential buildings, and had the advantages of simple production process and low cost. The application prospect was broad.
