摘要
宁波供电公司针对新形势下电力营销服务痛点和难点,通过打破传统电力营销作业模式,创新供电服务调度模式,成立供电服务调度班组,规范线上业务服务流程,建立配套管理机制,保障供电服务全过程的有效管控。同时开发教材、课件等培训工具,有效保障新模式的落地应用,从而为供电服务调度班组整体管理管控工作的开展提供了新的思路。
        In view of the pain points and difficulties of electric power marketing service under the new situation, Ningbo Power supply Company, by breaking the traditional electric power marketing operation mode, innovating the power supply service dispatching mode, establishing the power supply service dispatching team, standardizing the online business service flow, establishes a supporting management mechanism to ensure the effective control of the whole process of power supply services. At the same time, it develops teaching materials, courseware and other training tools, to effectively ensure the landing application of the new model, thus providing a new way of thinking for the development of the overall management and control of power supply service dispatching teams.
