尹壮图与乾嘉吏治——附说《楚珍自记年谱》

摘要
尹壮图因直言上疏停罚"议罪银"制不得实据而被免官,是参与监修《四库全书》,的唯一滇籍官员。尹壮图晚年辞官归乡,除讲学著述外,仍在籍谏言,其在嘉庆八年(1803年)所撰的《楚珍自记年谱》是记录其一生履历的重要材料,也是反映清朝乾嘉之际吏治情况的重要材料。
Yin Zhuangtu was dismissed for speaking frankly about the fact that stopping the penalty system of " Money for discussing crimes" is not supported from actual evidence. And he was the only official with the Yunnan nationality who participated in the supervision and revision of the Imperial Collection of Four. In his later years,Yin Zhuangtu resigned from office and returned to his hometown. In additional to lecturing and writing,he kept expostulating. The Chuzhen Self-Recorded Chronicle written in the 8 th year of Emperor Jiaqing( calendar year of 1803) is a significant material for recording his life-long resume,and also an important material reflecting bureaucracy environment at the time of the transferation from Emperor Qianglong to Emperor Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty.
