摘要
随着海外"汉语热"的持续升温,越来越多的国家在中小学开设汉语课,许多高校汉语国际教育本科专业开展了海外的教学实习项目,海外实习的好处不言自明,但在管理中存在诸多问题也是显而易见,因此建立有效的海外实习的质量监控非常有必要。本文旨在探讨在汉教专业的海外实习中,如何构建更有效、更加合理的实习模式,并在大量实践的基础上,提出了加强培训的针对性和预见性、建立督导制、明确评价标准和广开信息渠道等管理策略。
        With the continuous warming of overseas "Chinese fever", more and more countries offer Chinese courses in primary and secondary schools. Many universities have launched overseas teaching practice projects for undergraduate majors of Chinese international education. The benefits of overseas practice are self-evident, but there are many problems in management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish effective quality control of overseas practice. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to construct a more effective and reasonable practice mode in the overseas practice of Chinese teaching specialty. On the basis of a large number of practices, this paper puts forward some management strategies, such as strengthening the pertinence and foresight of training, establishing supervision system, defining evaluation criteria and widening information channels.
