清热化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎致病菌体外抑菌作用的研究

摘要
目的:探讨清热化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎致病菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:制备大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和乙型肺炎链球菌的混合菌液。用不同浓度的清热化瘀汤对混合菌液进行抑菌实验,通过分析OD(光学密度)绝对值的变化判定混合菌液中致病菌数量变化的情况。采用牛津杯法对混合菌液进行药敏实验,测量抑菌圈直径的大小。采用TTC法对混合菌液进行抑菌实验,计算抑菌率。结果:清热化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎致病菌的抑菌圈直径为19 mm(药敏实验结果为高敏),对慢性盆腔炎致病菌的抑菌率为73%。结论:清热化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎致病菌的体外抑菌作用明显。
[Abstact] Objective: To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of clearing away heat and removing blood stasis decoction on pathogenic bacteria of chronic pelvic inflammation in vitro. Methods: A mixture of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumoniae b was prepared, and then the different concentrations of Clearing Away Heat and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction were used to test the bacteriostasis of the mixture.The absolute value of OD(optical density) was analyzed to determine the number of pathogenic bacteria in the mixture.The Oxford cup method was used to test the drug sensitivity of the mixture by measuring the diameter of the bacteriostatic circle. The TTC method was used to conduct the bacteriostatic experiment on the mixture by calculating the bacteriostatic rate. Resultes: The diameter of bacteriostasis circle of clearing away heat and removing blood stasis decoction on pathogenic bacteria of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was 19 mm(the result of drug sensitivity test was highly sensitive) and the bacteriostasis rate to the pathogenic bacteria of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was 73%. Conclusion: Clearing away heat and removing blood stasis decoction has obvious bacteriostatic effect on pathogenic bacteria of chronic pelvic inflammation in vitro.
