摘要
人力资本对技术创新的作用包括理论和实证两个方面,其中实证方面分为人力资本存量与技术创新、人力资本结构与技术创新、人力资本与技术创新的门槛效应3个角度对现有文献进行述评,最后在分析现有研究不足的基础上提出了未来可能的研究方向。
The role of human capital in technological innovation includes both theoretical and empirical perspectives. And the empirical aspects are divided into three aspects: human capital stock and technological innovation, human capital structure and technological innovation, and the threshold effect between human capital and technological innovation. Finally,based on the analysis of the shortcomings of existing research literatures, the possible research directions in the future are proposed.
