摘要
目的:建立带有脾虚证的糖尿病大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型并对其进行评价。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)结合30%乙醇灌胃的方法建立糖尿病大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,通过大鼠宏观表征采集、血糖监测、抓力测定、旷场实验、的RGB值等进行脾虚证的诊断及考证。结果:第4~10周模型组大鼠持续消瘦,拉力测定值降低,旷场活动减弱,舌质变淡,r值降低,排便次数增加,粪便变软或便溏,83%的模型动物出现糖尿病疾病特征、气虚证1项和脾的组织定位体征1项以上指征。结论:腹腔注射STZ结合30%乙醇灌胃的方法成功建立糖尿病大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,并发现建模后第4~10周可能为糖尿病大鼠脾虚证的时间窗。
        Objective: The research aimed to observe and evalute the damage model of gastric mocosa in diabetic rats with spleen deficiency. Method: The damage model of gastric mucosa in diabetic rat produced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin( STZ) in combination with 30% ethanol. Through macroscopic characterization of acquisition in rats,blood sugar monitoring,holding power measurement,open-field test and the claws and tail of the RGB values to diagnosis and evaluate spleen-deficiency syndrome. Result: Observed 4thto 10 thweeks,the study found that rats in model group continuous thin,tension values were lower,open-field activities were weaken,tongue nature turn light,the RGB values of claws and tail were lower,increase of the times. of stool and change to soft or loose,and 83% of the animal model appeared diabetes disease characteristics,one deficiency syndrome,and the organization of the spleen positioning signs 1 or more indications. Conclusion: The damage model of diabetic rat gastric mucosa could be successfully induced by intraperitoneal injection method of STZ in combination with ethanol,and the time window for the appearance of spleen deficiency was 4-10 weeks.
