摘要
提出了一种基于温度敏感光纤和光时域反射(OTDR)原理的新型分布式温度传感器。选取标准商用单模光纤作为传感光纤。根据传感原理分析,从光纤RIA温度敏感性和OTDR损耗测量原理两方面出发,建立了传感器的通用数学模型,在此基础上对传感器的关键性能指标进行仿真分析与讨论,并根据模型和设计方法设计了传感光纤,进而对该分布式温度传感器进行实验测试。实验结果表明,在-40℃~150℃温度范围内,其平均温度灵敏度为0. 02 dB/km/℃,温度分辨率优于1℃。
        A novel distributed temperature sensor with a temperature sensitive optical fiber and the optical time domain reflectometer( OTDR) technique is proposed. The commercial off-the-shelf SMF is selected as the sensing fiber after fully consideration. By combing the temperature dependent model of the sensitive fiber and the loss measuring resolution model of the OTDR,a general sensor model has been developed. Based on the model,the performance is analyzed and simulated. Finally,the distributed sensor is tested and the results indicate that the temperature resolution is better than 1 ℃ in the temperature range from-40 to 150 ℃ and the average temperature sensitivity is about 0. 02 dB/km / ℃ .
