摘要
学徒制历史上曾长期作为发达国家提升员工技能的重要途径,实践证明对于提升制造业、服务业水平具有很大的作用。2014年以来,教育部在高职院校试点"现代学徒制",兰州石化职业技术学院作为第三批试点院校开展"现代学徒制"人才培养模式,取得一定的成绩与经验。通过重点研究学校、企业、行业协会、职教集团四方多维度协作,发挥各自的优势和作用,在财经商贸类专业技术技能高素质人才培养中构建人才培养体系,建立校企行职协作机制,以培养社会急需的服务人才。
        Apprenticeship has long been an important way for developed countries to improve the skills of their employees. Practice has proved to have a great role in improving the level of manufacturing and service industries. Since 2014, the Ministry of Education has piloted the "Modern Apprenticeship System" in higher vocational colleges, and Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic, as the third batch of pilot colleges, has launched the "Modern Apprenticeship System" personnel training model, and has achieved certain achievements and experience. This article focuses on the study of multi-dimensional cooperation between schools, enterprises, trade associations, and vocational education groups, so as to give full play to their respective strengths and roles, to establish a talent training system in the training of highly qualified professionals in the fields of finance, commerce and technical skills, and to establish a mechanism for cooperation between enterprises and enterprises. In order to cultivate the service talents that society urgently needs.
