摘要
查阅近年来国内外相关文献,从艾灸对Toll样受体(TLRs)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号转导通路的作用、艾灸对RAS-丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路的作用、艾灸对程序性细胞死亡蛋白(PD)-1/PDL1通路的作用、艾灸对RAS/RAF/细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)信号通路的作用、艾灸对雷帕霉素机能视蛋白(m TOR)信号通路的干预、艾灸对应激活化蛋白激酶(JNK)信号通路的干预、艾灸对Rho/Rho激酶(ROCK)信号通路的干预等7个方面概述艾灸通过调控信号转导通路干预治疗的相关疾病,为艾灸治疗相关疾病的进一步研究提供参考。
        By consulting the relevant literature in China and abroad,this paper summarizes the intervention treatment of moxibustion on related diseases by regulating signaling transduction pathways in seven aspects as follows: the function of moxibustion on TLRs/NF-κB signaling transduction pathways,on Ras-MAPK signaling pathways,and on the programmed death proteins( PD)-1/PD-L1 pathway; the interference of moxibustion on rapamycin and m TOR signaling pathway,on stress-activated protein kinase( JNK) signaling pathway,and on Rho/ROCK signaling pathway,aiming at providing a reference for an in-depth study of moxibustion in treating related diseases.
