摘要
以河北省6家"中华老字号"的商业实践为数据源,聚焦战略性内创业-职能性人力资源界面,旨在探索信息粘滞与界面耦合对于组织再生的效应机理。进行"立地式"研究后,提出了消弭信息粘滞、改进界面耦合的命题和概念模型。这将对传统行业成熟期企业的管理实践带来启发。
        This paper examines six commercial practices of "China Time-honored Brand"(CTHB), with an emphasis on the interface between strategic intrapreneurship and functional human resource management(HRM). The goal is to reveal the effects of information stickiness and interfacial coupling on organizational rejuvenation. Using grounded theory this paper puts forward several propositions and a conceptual model. The results will enable frontline manager to better operate traditional and mature industrial enterprises.
