摘要
作为风机的关键零件,主轴承的质量及性能决定风机的运行可靠性。单列圆锥滚子轴承背对背配对配置方案结构刚性好,具有良好的导向精度,同时可以承受倾覆力矩,适用于兆瓦级风机。但该轴承配置方案要求安装时需保证合理的轴承负游隙,故通过准确测量下风向轴承外圈小端面至主轴小端面的距离L_1,采用热装上风向轴承内圈,冷装外圈,在轴承座组件上加装控制工装等方法控制轴承安装质量;并对轴承安装游隙进行校检,以保证轴承安装质量。
        As a key part of wind turbine,the quality and performance of main bearings determine operating reliability of wind turbine. The back-to-back arrangement scheme for single row tapered roller bearings is suitable for megawatt-class wind turbine due to good structural rigidity,guiding accuracy and overturning moment carrying capacity. However,the arrangement scheme requires a reasonable negative clearance of the bearings during assembly. Therefore,the assembly quality of the bearings is controlled by accurately measuring distance L_1 between small end face of outer rings of downwind bearings and small end face of main shaft,hot charging of inner rings and cold charging of outer rings of upwind bearings,adding control tooling to housing assembly. The assembly clearance of the bearings is verified to ensure assembly clearance of the bearings.
