Roy适应模式对直肠癌Miles术后结肠造口患者适应水平及家庭负担影响的研究

摘要
目的探讨Roy适应模式对直肠癌Miles术后结肠造口患者适应水平及家庭负担的干预效果。方法将60例直肠癌Miles术后结肠造口患者分为实验组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上遵照Roy适应模式,根据患者入院时的基本病情、性质,应用Roy适应模式的护理工作方法进行干预。采用造口患者适应量表和家庭负担会谈量表进行效果评价。结果干预后实验组患者适应水平得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭负担得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Roy适应模式有利于护理人员及时了解直肠癌Miles术后结肠造口患者及家属的需求,对于促进患者生理和心理健康,维护家庭稳定具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of Roy adaptation mode on the adaptation level and family burden of colostomy patients after rectal cancer Miles operation.Methods 60 patients with colon cancer after Miles' s operation were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with routine care.The experimental group followed the Roy adaptation model on the basis of the control group.According to the basic condition and nature of the patients at the time of admission,the Roy adaptation mode of nursing work method was used to intervene.The stoma patient adaptation scale and family burden interview scale were used to evaluate the effect.Results After the intervention,the scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05);the family burden was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy adaptation model is helpful for nursing staff to understand the needs of colostomy patients and their family members after Miles operation.It is very important to promote the physiological and psychological health of the patients and maintain the family stability.
