摘要
目的:探究Roy适应模式对鼻综合整形患者术后睡眠水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月笔者医院收治的鼻综合整形手术患者91例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组45例和对照组46例。对照组给予常规心理护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予Roy适应模式干预。对两组患者PSQI评分及护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组住院时间、平均干预次数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者除入睡时间无明显差异,观察组其他指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Roy适应模式可有效改善鼻综合整形患者术后睡眠质量,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。
        Objective To investigate the effect of Roy-adaptive mode on postoperative sleep quality in patients with integrated nasal plastic surgery and to reduce the pain of postoperative sleep disorders. Methods 91 cases with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 45 cases in the observation group and 46 cases in the control group according to the random digital table method. The patients in the control group were given routine psychological care and health education. The observation group were given Roy-adaptive mode intervention on the basis of the control group. The general data of the two groups of patients, PSQI score and patient care satisfaction were compared. Results The hospitalization time and average intervention times in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, there was no significant difference in sleep time between the two groups, but the other indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Roy-adaptive mode can effectively improve sleep quality of patients with rhinoplasty, reduce the hospitalization time of patients and improve patient's satisfaction.
