Roy适应模式实施心理舒适护理在产后抑郁症患者中的应用研究

摘要
目的研究Roy适应模式实施心理舒适护理在产后抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月—2018年5月期间我院收治的80例产后抑郁症患者,遵循随机平行方式,将所有患者分为A组、B组,每组均为40例。A组实施Roy适应模式心理舒适护理,B组实施常规护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果与B组比较,A组抑郁自评量表SDS评分、简易应对问卷SCSQ评分、健康状况问卷SF-36评分、护理满意度均更优,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对产后抑郁症患者实施Roy适应模式心理舒适护理,可改善患者的抑郁心理、生活质量,提高其护理满意度。
Objective Tostudythe effect ofpsychological comfort nursingin postpartumdepression patients with Roy adaptation model. Methods From March 2017 to May 2018,a total of 80 patients with postpartum depression were treated in our hospital. All patients were divided into group A and group B according to random parallel method. Each group had 40 cases. Group A was given Roy adaptation model psychological comfort nursing,group B was given routine nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with group B,the SDS score of self rating depression scale was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with group B,there were significant differences in SCSQ score,health status questionnaire SF-36 score(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of Roy adaptation model psychological comfort nursing in postpartum depression patients can improve their depressive psychology,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
