摘要
为调查四川南充羊肚菌资源并考察其发生地环境,于2014年3月31日在南充市西充县金泉乡双桥子村采集到1株羊肚菌.通过菌丝体培养,镜检观察完成形态鉴定,基于ITS、LSU、ef1-α、rpb1和rpb2序列分析构建的系统发育树完成分子鉴定,确定为Morchella sp.(Mes-16),归入黄色羊肚菌支系(Esculenta Clade),进一步结合样地环境及土壤理化性质分析了羊肚菌在当季发生的可能的机制.
        In order to investigate the resource and habitat of morel in Nanchong,Sichuan,1 strain of morel was collected from Shuangqiaozi Village,Nanchong,Sichuan,China,in March 2014. According to morphological evidence and DNA sequences of ITS,LSU,ef1-α,rpb1 and rpb2 sequences,all samples were characterized as Morchella sp.( Mes-16),belonging to Esculenta Clade. Further analysis of the environment of morels habitat and the local soil sample indicated the possible mechanism for this autumn occurrence of morels.
