摘要
新一代电网运行管理系统(OMS)作为电网调度机构的智能管理中心,如何保障OMS系统的安全稳定可靠,支撑电网调度业务的持续不间断运行,是OMS系统建设过程中重点研究和解决的问题。近年来,随着云计算、虚拟化等新技术的飞速应用,传统的主备用双机模式正在面临变革。由于能够满足系统高可用性要求以及资源高利用率需求,"双活"系统已成为大势所趋。论文在研究双活集群应用技术的基础上,提出了新一代OMS系统的双活方案。并运用马尔可夫模型对此双活方案的可用度进行推导分析,数据表明双活方案具有很高的可用度,能够保障OMS系统的安全、稳定运行的需求。
        A new generation of power grid operation management system(OMS)as the intelligent management center of dispatching institutions,how to protect the security of the OMS system is stable and reliable and support the grid service scheduling continuous uninterrupted operation,it is the key to study and solve the problems during the construction of OMS system. In recent years,with the rapid application of cloud computing,virtualization and other new technologies,the traditional main and standby dual mode is facing changes. The "double-live" system has become the trend of the times because of the high availability requirements of the system and the high utilization of resources. Based on the research of dual cluster application technology,this paper proposes a new generation of OMS system double-live program. The availability of the double-live scheme is deduced and analyzed by Markov model. The data show that the dual scheme has high availability and can guarantee the security and stable operation of the OMS system.
