摘要
目的 :探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石治疗肾结石的安全性及疗效。方法 :收集2016年7月至2018年6月治疗的肾结石患者40例,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组20例和对照组20例。对照组采用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗;观察组采用经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗。观察两组结石清除情况、相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间)和生活质量。结果 :观察组结石清除率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的75.00%(15/20)(P <0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间分别为(64.48±8.69)d、(80.09±9.46)ml和(6.88±2.01)d,对照组分别为(99.67±9.12)d、(105.49±10.33)ml和(12.49±3.54)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术结石清除率高,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后住院时间短,而且患者的生活质量评分较高,值得临床推广。
        Objective: To explore the safety and efficacy of percutaneous nephroscopy pneumatic trajectory combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods: Forty patients with kidney stones treated from July 2016 to June 2018 were collected and according to the different treatment schemes divided into an observation group with 20 cases and a control group with 20 cases. The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy; the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithoscopic pneumatic trajectory combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy.The stone removal, related indicators(operative time, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative hospital stay) and life quality of the two groups were observed. Results: The stone removal rate of the observation group was 95.00%(19/20), which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%(15/20)(P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were(64.48±8.69) d,(80.09±9.46) ml and(6.88±2.01) d, respectively, and those of the control group were(99.67±9.12) d,(105.49±10.33) ml and(12.49±3.54) d, respectively, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of the life quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous nephroscopy pneumatic trajectory combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy has a high rate of stone removal, the operation time is short, the amount of intraoperative blood loss is small, the postoperative hospital stay is short, and the score of patient's life quality is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
